Class of 1964 Reunion Mixer

On Fri., Aug. 8, 2014, the Class of 1964 and their dates enjoyed a mixer at The Pillars Estate, with hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and lots of laughter and music. The group of nearly 100 toasted its 50th reunion, and took time out to listen to a talk by Marissa Olles and Laura Marek of the Albion High School Alumni Foundation, and then an informative and clever talk by Orleans County Historian Bill Lattin. Lattin recalled the history of the Pillars home and grounds, and related some stories about teachers from the old days of Albion Central School. The group plans to meet this Sat., Aug. 9 at the Village Inn for dinner.
