Some notes from Matt about its contents: “The organization existed as the Albion Academy Alumni Association before and I’ve seen notices in 1944 newspapers stating that the group would resume meeting annually, so I am not sure if during WWII interest started to decrease. Some interesting and familiar names – Charlie Howard was president for a period – Bernard Ryan, Cary Lattin, Howard Pratt, Eugene Barnum (Mike Thaine’s grandfather). There’s a bit of information about the organization raising the funds to support the construction of a new gymnasium at the high school – one of the Phillips boys is the namesake for the Middle School gym now, I think?”
