Description: This scholarship was established in 2024 by the Family of Raymond M Lissow. Ray graduated from Albion in 2006 and benefited greatly from several special education personnel. Ray was very active in his community and thoroughly enjoyed his years at ACS. This scholarship will be administered by the Albion Alumni Association and awarded to a graduating senior attending college to pursue a degree in Special Education.

Amount: $2,000

Selection Criteria: Pursuing a degree in Special Education. Emphasis on community involvement.

Who Selects: Albion Alumni Foundation selection committee with input from AHS guidance department.

Criteria to earn: Paid upon successful completion of first year of college, with a target GPA of 3.0 or higher- considerations can be made by Foundation for students close to the target.

Funding: Fully endowed for 5 years
