The Albion High School Class of 1974 held their 40th reunion on Saturday, July 12th at the Albion Elks Lodge. Approximately 92 classmates and their guests (~151 total), attended the event – that represents more than 1/2 the surviving members of the class of ’74. The reunion weekend included a pre-reunion gathering at the Crooked Door Tavern on Friday night, a Memorial Tree Dedication Ceremony Saturday morning (click here to read more), and the reunion on Saturday night. Highlights of the reunion included fabulous decorations all made by hand by the talented members of the planning committee, delicious food, DJ Mike Vickers of Legends 102.7, music by the Who Dats featuring class of ’74’s own John Borello, and a reunion of the legendary local band, C.A.M.F., who played at school dances and parties during the mid-70s. A great time was had by all who attended.
Bit of trivia: The Class of 1974 was the first graduating class from the “new” high school!

As classmates arrived, they were able to see who was coming and a checkmark by their name let them know if they had already arrived
